Chocolate Fudge Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup chopped Medjool dates
1/4 cup Chocolate Fudge Peanut Butter

METHOD:

  1. Soak chopped dates in a small bowl of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Combine the soaked dates, oats and chocolate fudge peanut butter in a food processor and process until very finely chopped.
  3. Roll into 12 balls (roughly 1 tablespoon each). Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 1 week.
